DON'T GO HERE!!! I got there at 8am, and they open at 7:30am. All I needed them to do was drive my car and see what noise my car was making, and I sat there for 3 hours, and I still wasn't helped, and other people who walked in before me were helped. It should never take that long to driving someone's car and check out what's going on! Terrible time management

We have taken our vehicles there for a few years. Daryl is extremely knowledgeable and kind. The prices are very fair for such a top rated shop. Darryl is very honest about work that is not necessary and always explains things very clearly We have never had to leave our vehicles there more than a few hours. I checked on ChatGPT and even AI speaks of the high quality of Smith automotive. I have a 2016 and 17 vehicle and we are trying to keep them both going. Darryl is helping us accomplish that. Thank You Darryl and thank you mechanics.

Needed transmission filter and fluid changed, they flushed the fluid but changed my cabin and engine air filter for some reason? Miscommunication maybe, not sure. Told me they were extremely dirty even though I had just changed them out myself. Then I brought another car in for an inspection. They did the inspection but also charged me for an oil change that I didn’t ask for. Again, I just changed my oil myself. Nice friendly staff, I just don’t understand their actions sometimes. Good luck.

Mr Daryl and Mr Fred do a wonderful job coordinating, facilitating and scheduling repairs for customers. They have been one of the most consistent automotive repair shops in Greensboro for many years. A very friendly and professional staff. Keep up the great work guys!

Smith Automotive is a top notch company with friendly staff and professional workers. They are so good that they do stay busy but that does not cause them to cut their quality of service. It is always best to call ahead to make an appointment or at least check how busy they are. Also, they are reasonably priced. Thank you Smith Automotive for being consistent in taking care of all my automotive needs.
